Position: Operational Coordinator
Location: Teesside
Salary: Starting salary £30,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including 1-hour lunch breaks.
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-Site.

We are seeking a Operational Coordinator to contribute to the development of advanced systems and components that support our mission. Role Overview:
As the Operational Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, enabling our team to focus on what they do best—designing and innovating. Reporting directly to the managing director, you will be a critical point of contact across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and streamline administrative tasks, including scheduling, project tracking, and documentation.
Coordinate between internal staff, clients, and external partners to ensure projects stay on track.
Manage office operations, procurement, and supplier relationships.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the defence sector.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, communication, and transparency.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years in a similar role, ideally within the defence, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite apps, and knowledge of project management tools and CRMs is a plus.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the defence industry and its regulatory requirements is a plus.
A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
